Because I was now on turning onto WB 10 Mile, I saw that he did indeed hit two passenger cars and had himself ended up over the curb, doing a 180 and now facing south, between NB and SB Woodward in the turnaround median. It was a terrible feeling knowing that in a few short seconds, innocent drivers would certainly be hurt. As I passed all the wreckage, there was a black woman in her late 20s/early 30s stumbling about in a drunken or drug-induced stupor.
